Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies (large batch)
Uses corn starch to keep soft and from spreading too much. Try in 18x13 pan use floured hands to spread to edges. Bake 20-25
Ingredients
  • 1 cup softened salted butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch (See notes)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
