Ingredients
  • ¼ cup coconut flour (see note)
  • ¼ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener (like Norbu) or granulated stevia (like Natvia)
  • 1 Tablespoon flax meal (ground flax seed)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda (optional; you can omit it since it’s just there for taste)
  • 1 cup unsweetened creamy almond butter, or nut/seed butter of choice
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 3 Tablespoons milk (any kind - dairy, almond, etc)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
