Jet Tila's Crispy Cast-Iron Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Ingredients
  • 1 lb (454 g) Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil or bacon drippings
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • ½ tsp kosher or Maldon salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
