Ingredients
  • 4 lb pork shoulder (or Boston butt)
  • Root beer
  • 16 oz barbeque sauce
  • 1 bag bulkie or sub rolls
Steps
  1. Put meat in a crockpot and pour in enough root beer to cover it.
  2. Cook on low 7 hours.
  3. Drain off liquid, then use two forks to pull the pork apart.
  4. Mix in about 4 oz barbeque sauce per pound and serve on rolls.
