- By popular demand we veggie-fied a Reuben sandwich. Our culinary team honestly hit a home run with this one.
- INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp beet powder
- 1 tbsp red miso paste
- ¼ cup vegan mayo
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 10 oz extra firm tofu, patted dry and peeled lengthwise into ribbons
- 2 oz shredded vegan mozzarella
- 3 oz sauerkraut
- 4 slices marble rye bread
