Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husks
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • good pinch of salt
  • 250 ml boiling water
  •  
Steps
  1. mix all dry ingredients with the oil then add water in batches (it must be hot water) once combined, divide into four balls and roll out between two sheets of baking paper then bake for 15 minutes in a 180 C oven
  2. or
  3. dry fry on a medium hot skillet
