It's cod from Wild Alaskan Company. A mix of almond flour (about 1 c), 2 t. baking powder, an egg, 1 T. paprika, 1 T. garlic powder, 1 t. salt, few cracks of black pepper and some light beer (could also just use seltzer). Only enough liquid to make it a pancake-like consistency. I patted fish dry really well and seasoned with S&P and then dipped it in the mix before frying in avocado oil for about 5-7 minutes or until it was golden. Topped with some salt!
