Very delicious. I accidentally put salt in sauce and that was too much. Just salt thighs. USed avocado oil instead of butter and everyone liked this. Butter would be delicious.
This is excellent! We all loved it and the sauce is outstanding when thickened and served on chicken. Did not do the lemon slices but fresh juice and a little zest. Served with roasted asparagus per her recipe for that.
This is very easy and good. I did add a bit more water than 1/2 cup which worked well. A little watery but okay. I did not add the corn but that could be added at the end.
Everyone liked. Used garbanzo for cream base and great northern for whole beans. Used 1 T. Cumin, 2 t. Oregano and 2 t. Garic powder along with fresh garlic on chicken and onions as they cooked. Used one can of green chilies.
Made this and did everything except did not put in celery. Very delicious. Baked in pampered chef bowl without a cover and then covered after taking out of oven and let it sit for a bit.
I used coconut cream in place of cheese, sunflower seeds instead of walnuts and egg white protein powder. They are a bit dry and too heavy with soda. Turned green after frozen but still a nice grab and go snack.
