Would be better with walnuts. And farro

Ok with quinoa, walnuts.
Added pepper to roasted veges. And used whole bag spinach. 1 bag frozen squash -All good. Got 4 bowls.
2 bags squash would be ok. Still mushy
Added tahini and maple syrup to dressing but final product tastes like last time lol
(I put too much lemon zest so kept adding stuff.)
