Egg plus most allulose in processor
Added all wet, blend briefly, add all dry (plus extra allulose/ all measured & mixed together already)
Right into prepped (did parchment/ can’t remember if needed) push pan
7/1 - same with a few changes
Add konjac, blended egg with all allulose
Did 25 min/20 npr
6/11 - did whole egg - 27 instant pot, npr 20 Really good

4/25 using 25 min instant pot npr - left in too long .
Used 145 cottage cheese plus 55 fat free cream cheese.
4/6 Used instant pot to cook
3/25 - 7” push pan - bake 320 for 30 plus 45 at 230
Add 15 more at 230 if needed
DON’T OVERBAKE
- possibly a little longer (for 6” pan did 15 more at 250)

5/16 - added ¼ tsp baking soda
325* 20 minutes plus 5 minutes
4 ramekins, 2 rectangular ramekin
Full recipe divide by 6 - @65 grams each.

4/13/22- cobbler in mini Corning ware
325 for 45 (20 /7/5/5/4) minutes added 5 grams oat fiber - pulled out with juice bubbling a bit but clean knife.
3/23 - did loaf pan 325 25/30 min - kind of dense & dry - maybe bake less - had to soak with lots of syrup & add glaze.
3/14/22 Cobbler did 22 @325 plus 15@325
Full recipe with 6 fr blueberries in each 15 at 325 check did another 12 min
Try using gingerbread spices (cardamom) & 1 tsp of molasses
1/19/22 full recipe (4bundts)
15 minutes in Bundt then check another 5 probably. Served with pineapple mango sorbet
Let cool remove from pans - crisp up if needed add glaze.
