I did not add paprika chives parsley or Parmesan. All those things can be added later if desired. Parmesan, Chives and parley don’t freeze well. I added only as much liquid dairy as was needed…probably half the amount of milk but all of the cream. I did use flour in the rue. You can always add more liquid but it’s not so easy to remove it. Reducing overcooks the corn.
