I love the way this Girl uses Good Healthy Butter instead of Toxic Veggie Oils and Canola. I will go a step further and use Spelt Flour instead of Modern Wheat Flour AND Coconut Sugar that is decidedly Better for us than Cane Sugar (including brown sugar) Give them a Try - Hey?
