I really Love this Person's Dressings! What need would anyone have for brought Dressings, once having discovered her Recipe Website? For this Fabulous Dressing, she has Avocado Fresh Citrus Maple Syrup Cilantro Jalapeno Olive Oil Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt - I will try Celtic Salt (sparingly, that's the secret)
You can use Coconut Flour or Tigernut Flour when Baking with Auto-Immune Disorders. Coconut Flour takes up the Moisture a little and Tigernut Flour is a little Sweeter than other Flours and a bit Nutty in taste. Plantain Flour can also be used (Banana Flour) it's expensive though.
I use Spelt Wholemeal Flour instead of Modern Wheat Flour - it is much Healthier. You can use Heritage Wheat Flour if you like - that is Healthier too. In Recipes I choose, I often interchange Honey, Maple and Coconut Sugar. I Never use White Sugar or Brown Sugar - they are bad for our Health!
Make sure to use Raw Honey, it is Much Better for Your Health - other honeys are heat processed and have lost their Goodness. Raw Honey has a high Nutritional Profile and Benefits to Your Health.
I use Spelt or Khorasan Flour - they are much healthier than Modern Wheat Flour. You could use Heritage Wheat Flour or Farro Flour if you like. I also use Sugar that is much to be preferred to Cane Sugar. Please do not use or Splenda, they are seriously Bad for your Health! Maple Syrup is very good for us.

Due to their high-fiber and protein content, Chickpeas are excellent for weight loss diets because they keep you fuller longer and control appetite. They are also an Anti-Inflammatory Food that is Beneficial to Gut Health. You can purchase a 500g or 1 Kilo Packet of Chickpeas for a reasonable price. Then you can Soak 1 or 2 Cups in water for 5-10 Hrs and cook in a Stainless Steel saucepan. The liquid is healthier to use than out of a can.
