Kamut (Khorasan) is an ancient strain of wheat that lends beautiful color and soft texture to this bread. You can use coconut oil or butter instead of olive oil if you like but please don't use canola or veggie oils - they are actually toxic!
Khorasan Flour, you can use 50/50 with Spelt Flour. Don't use Olive Oil in Bread or Cake. Use Milk and butter - they taste nicer. Macadamia Oil has a similar profile to Olive Oil and tastes nicer too. Use Sea Salt.
