I'm Using Spelt Flour - It's Much Healthier - I've Ditched Modern Wheat Flour - Spelt, Kumut, Einkorn and Khorasan have not been Hybridised. You can also use Farro Flour or Heritage Wheat Flour. I'm Very Happy this Recipe Uses Butter OR Coconut Oil and Maple Syrup!

Making homemade butter is way easier than most people think, and it is SO quick. Plus it’s just really cool to see cream separate into butter right in front of your eyes. And the food science behind homemade butter is surprisingly interesting. Also, you have the privilege of using a small amount of Healthy Salt like Himalayan OR Celtic Salt - be sparing because they taste a bit stronger but because they are not refined, they have 84 Nutrients instead of 2 which is excellent addition for your Homemade Butter or Cheese Etc.
I sometimes buy butter at Aldi because they have the best price. It's perfect for baking. But if you want butter for a special dish, learn how to make butter from cream in a Mixer. Homemade salted butter tastes so much better than Store bought butter, and it's very easy to make at home. It has a shorter shelf-life, but you can freeze it to preserve it longer. This also makes buttermilk that you can use to make pancakes or biscuits etc.
Something different. We can use Pea Flour or even Chickpea or Lentil Flour with this Recipe. You may even like to venture using Lupin Flour - Good hey?
