An interesting blend of Spices and Adaptable for either IC Low Acid Diet or AIP Auto Immune Diet. If you are on an IC Diet, you can replace the Small Onion with a small amount of Chives. If you are on the AIP Diet, leave out the Black Pepper. For anyone else, I would use a small amount of Cracked Black Pepper in preference to Ground Pepper. Plus I consider 1/4 Tsp to be a bit excessive and the other Spices would not be experienced as much. ENJOY!

Make sure to buy a Veggie Powder without MSG or Preservatives - that's very Important! And I use Spelt, Farro or Khorasan Flour instead of Modern Wheat Flour. They are much Healthier - Wheat is Toxic these days. Go for the Ancient ones I have mentioned here.

I use Sweetcorn from the Freezer, it's much Healthier! I also use Spelt Flour with Baking Powder for the same reason (make sure it's Aluminum Free)

Replace Veggie Oil with Olive Oil or Ghee

You could use tiny cubes of Ham instead of Bacon. My favorite would be Sweetcorn that goes well with Zucchini and Cheese. I will also use Spelt Flour instead of Wheat Flour with Baking Powder to raise them.
