This is a good idea that didn't quite work out. The cream cheese was too rich for my taste, and the egg slid off the naan as I transferred the pizza into the oven. The idea is definitely worth modification as the flavor was great, and it is a healthy breakfast.
This is now one of my favorite pizza recipes, even though I made it just to get rid of an abundance of eggplant. I used a spicy, honey sweetened pizza sauce. Changes I will make next time, increase the amount of fresh basil, and decrease the amount of mozzarella, and add some Asiago cheese instead.
