OVENS VARY -- the time and temp is for my current oven, the Cosori 26-Quart Ceramic Oven (300° for 29 min, rotate after 20); my previous oven, the Ninja XL, required 320° for 30 min.
This recipe is for one, but its easy to scale up. Also, this recipe requires a basket-style air fryer.

This is a fantastic all-purpose Italian meat sauce -- the best I've ever had. Its not just for spaghetti, but can use in many other recipes (think chicken parmesan, lasagna, as a dip for toasted ravioli, etc).
