Recipe that I've adapted over the years to my own taste. Originally, I think it was a Bob Evan's Recipe but can't find the recipe any longer. Makes a 13 X 9 pan. This is a recipe that whenever I've ever brought it anywhere, the next year they say "bring that spicy stuffing"! It's a showstopper!
Originally adopted from a Betty Crocker recipe. I had to go gluten and dairy free for health and this was a family favorite. This allows me to still make for my kids (and enjoy a small piece too!).
Fall Vegan Soup that utilizes a Stick Blender (or blender) to puree Fall flavors. Made Vegan with Coconut Milk and also healthy with high anti-oxidant seasonings
There's a Vegan restaurant in Cincinnati (Rooted Juicery) that makes these nachos. This is my version. Very nice version with walnuts (Omega 3s), Organic Chips and Organic Beans and a light cashew cheese (more of a crema).
This was originally a FOK recipe that I adapted. Didn't like the lack of spice in it so instead of cooking the rice in water (as the FOK recipe suggested), I used Organic Veggie Broth and Miso Paste to cook the rice in.
Originally a recipe from Allrecipes modified. Couldn't find a recipe that actually had all the different flavors that I've read go into various authentic jerk recipes. This one is the best. If you want authentic, use the hotter peppers. If you want the American tamed down version, use the jalapenos.
