A good ribeye steak in the Instant Pot is not an impossibility! Sometimes we don't have the grill or a cast iron skillet handy. Or maybe we just want to use our Pot! My advice would be to season your steak really well and use steaks that are good quality and about 1lb. for best results. If you use a poor quality, tough cut of steak, you will have a tough steak since you are aren't pressure cooking the meat for very long to gain the benefit of 'tenderizing' under pressure.
