Just made this and it's delicious. I put all of the veggies and spices (used only 1 1/2 tsp of thyme since it can be over powering to me), and used a cup of a wild rice mix, and 7 cups of water. Cook at high pressure on manual for 16 min (I just used half of the cook time that was on the rice package). Quick release, but natural release would probably work too. Blended up the cashews, beans, and a cup of water and mixed it in. Perfect! Oh yeah, I used a half teaspoon of dried garlic in place of fresh--sometimes I think adding fresh garlic, without sauteing it first, to soups brings out a bitterness. Anyone else get that?
