this was really good! everyone liked it. Should have used 2 packets of chicken instead of just 1. I didn’t have yogurt so just used all mayo (hellman’s) and didn’t add nuts or half and half. Used the large purple grapes and cut out the seeds & celery. I just boiled the chicken in water and used dry dill and added the brown sugar and lemon juice. Really good!

Super good- used the cheese and jalapeño stuff in a bechamel sauce with some cream cheese. Then added cut up tomatoes. Really good! Remember to put the chicken in buttermilk before hand.
this is the base for how I make macaroni and cheese. I make the sauce then cube up regular amul processed cheese and melt it through the sauce. A then add the al dente macaroni. I also add smoked paprika to give it the yellow color and I’ve been told to add a little bit like 1/2 teaspoon of mustard to give it the sharp cheddar flavor.
I doubled the recipe (no chicken) but it was too much oil. Only do 1 1/2 amount of the oil or even a little less I also only used 2 eggs and didn’t double
