500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)

Fry Light olive oil spray

1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped

1 medium carrot, peeled and finely chopped

1 rib of celery, finely chopped

100 to 150g button or chestnut mushrooms

1 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

2 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp tomato purée

1 beef stock cube or 200ml beef stock

100 to 150g frozen garden peas

subheading: For the mash:

800g floury potatoes, peeled and cut into 1.5 inch cubes

120 ml skimmed milk (3 Syns)

salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
