Onion Bhajis (Kanda Bhaji Recipe)
Ingredients
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (100 g) gram flour/chickpea flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 to 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons (75 to 90 ml)water
  • oil for frying
