  • 2 15½-OUNCE CANS CHICKPEAS, RINSED AND DRAINED
  • KOSHER SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 CUP LIGHTLY PACKED FRESH FLAT-LEAF PARSLEY, CHOPPED
  • 1 JALAPEÑO OR FRESNO CHILI, STEMMED AND CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
