  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 3 limes
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
