  • 2 whole Mild Green Chilis, chopped (I used Ortega)
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • Kosher Salt
  • A few twists of Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
