Nyc-Style Thin Crust Pizza
Ingredients

  • 7 g (1 ½ tsp) sugar

  • 1 (14-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • 7 oz (200g) whole milk low-moisture mozzarella, shredded (about 1 ¾ cups)
  • ½ oz (15g) finely grated Parmesan cheese (about ¼ cup)
  • Up to ¾ cup of your favorite toppings per pizza (see note)
