Ingredients
- 200g Stinging nettles blanched / or use spinach
- 100g Tofu, natural
- 100g Banana or an apple
- 20g Hemp seeds
- 1tsp Ginger, fresh, grated
- 10g Dark chocolate 90%
- Water
Steps
- Blanch stinging nettles by dipping them into a boiling and right away to a coldwater. Blanching deactivates stinging and preserves fresh green colour.
- Cut nettles into smaller pieces, then blend with all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Use frozen bananas if you want a thicker, creamier texture.
