Rosemary Garlic Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients
  • 600 to 800 g / 1.2 to 1.6lb lamb chops (4 to 8, depending on size)
  • Oil , for cooking, if required

  • 2 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1 ¼ tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ to 1 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper
