  • 6oz (170g) Follow Your Heart Dairy Free Feta Crumbles
  • 8oz (227g) Dairy Free Cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup (184g) Dairy free Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) fresh Oregano chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Optional: omit the oregano and add sweetener of choice.

  • 1 pint (341g) Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • small Cucumber seeds removed and sliced
  • ⅓ cup mixed Greek Olives sliced
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) good Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp (35ml) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10g) fresh Oregano, chopped
  • 2 tsp (10g) fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
