A piña colada without the alcohol, this shake has 40 grams of protein and a cup of spinach.

Ingredients
  • 250ml water, milk, or yogurt
  • 2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or vegan alternative
Steps
  1. Blend all the ingredients together
