  • ½ teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup finely diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
