Keto Pie Crust
Ingredients
  • 250g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 125g Shredded Edam
  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 150g Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1Tsp Onion Powder
  • 66g Sharp Cheddar
Steps
  1. Place cheeses and cream cheese into large bowl and microwave for 1 min
  2. Remove and store then return 30 seconds
  3. Repeat this once more
  4. Add the Rest of the ingredients and mix well until you have a soft dough
  5. Put circles into pie maker and cook until brown. Put mixture in and lids on and cook for further
  6. Until tops are brown.
