4 tsp. olive oil, divided

¼ tsp. dried sage

¼ tsp. dried thyme

¼ tsp. onion powder

1 pound brown mushrooms, washed and thickly sliced

6 oz. lean ham, diced into cubes

1 fifteen-ounce jar Rao's Alfredo Sauce (see notes)

¼ cup sour cream (not needed if you make your own sauce)

¼ cup freshly-grated Parmesan Cheese (not needed if you make your own sauce)

½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
