Garlic Ginger Chicken with Cashews
Ingredients
  • 2 lb. (1 kg) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch (5-cm) strips
  • ¾ cup (6 fl. oz./185 ml) Williams Sonoma Garlic Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
  • ½ to 1 cup (1 to 2 oz./30 to 60 g) small dried red chiles (see note)
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (5 ½ oz./170 g) cashews, lightly toasted
  • 8 green onions, white and light green portions, sliced on the diagonal
