Ingredients
  • 2 cups spelt, white, or oat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp baking powder

  • ⅔ cup sugar, unrefined if desired

  • ¾ cup almond butter, coconut oil, or butter (150g)

  • 3 TAB milk of choice or add. butter
  • 3 ¼ cup diced apple (2 large or 3 med)
  • 1 TAB cornstarch or arrowroot
  • 2 TAB pure maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
