  • 12 oz. thin spaghetti (or standard)
  • 1 cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup chopped parsley
  • ⅔ cup shredded parmesan cheese (or Romano cheese, for serving)
