1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp italian seasoning

Dash of salt & pepper

1- 28 oz can diced tomatoes *I used the one with herb & spices

1- 5.5 oz can tomato paste

3 cups beef broth

2 cups baby carrots *or diced

3 cups diced potatoes

2 cups diced onion *I used red onion

1 55 g package onion soup mix *see picture

Dash of salt & pepper

1 tsp dried thyme
