Caramelized Onion Tart with Olives

Vegan and I edit most of my recipes to be thermomix-compatible, so if you don't understand them that's probably why and you should check out the originals as they won't be translated into this strange thermo-speak.

subheading: For the tart dough:

3 cups all purpose flour (can use ½ whole wheat and half all purpose)

2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

1 ¼ cup lukewarm water

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

subheading: For the topping:

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)

4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

3 yellow onions (about 1 ½ pounds, thinly sliced)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

½ cup kalamata olives (pitted, then left whole or coarsely chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 packet of mince (optional)
