  • 1 large head of crisp broccoli (about 3 cups), cut into small florets
  • ½ small purple cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste (about ½ teaspoon each)
