Weight Watchers Mud Cake
Ingredients
  • 1 ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup low-calorie sweetener or granulated sugar, (I used monk fruit sweetener with erythritol)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, (or milk of choice)
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup hot brewed coffee, (or hot water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
