Rosemary Asiago Sourdough Crackers
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat sourdough starter
  • ½ cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 5 Tablespoons grass fed butter, softened
  • 2 oz. finely grated Asiago cheese (preferably grass-fed cheese)
  • About 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon non-iodized sea salt or kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
