Ingredients
  • note: 1 quart fresh elderberries (see the variation below for using dried elderberries)
  • note: About 4 to 6 nickel sized slices of fresh ginger--or ¼ to ½ teaspoon dried ginger chips or ground ginger
  • note: ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • note: ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • note: Raw honey, local is best.
  • note: NOTE: for even more immune-boosting power, add a few astragalus roots!
