Plum and Marscapone Flatbread, Caramelized Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plums, sliced thinly (preferably with a mandolin)
  • 4 to 6 oz. marscapone cheese
  • Cornmeal, for dusting the crust
  • Fresh basil, sliced

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
