Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup hemp hearts
  • 1 egg (we use duck)
  • Pinch of salt
Steps

  2. • Preheat oven to 350°f
  3. • Cut 2 sheets of parchment paper big enough to put on a large cookie sheet
  4. • Combine almond flour and hemp hearts in a bowl
  5. • Add egg and salt to the bowl and mix well
  6. • Spread a slight amount of oil on 2 sheets of parchment paper, cover entire parchment so it doesn’t stick
  7. • Place “dough” between the 2 greased parchment papers, a rolling pin will stick to the dough without parchment
  8. • Roll out as thin as you want them to be, if you can see thru the dough it is too thin, take top sheet off and place the parchment paper with the dough on the cookie sheet, thin edges will burn easily so try to make the dough all same thickness
  9. • Pre-cut the dough on the cookie sheet into 1” squares or the size you want
  10. • Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes
  11. • Make sure not to overcook
  12. • Sprinkle seasoning of your choice once out of the oven, let cool and enjoy!
