No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey (may sub maple syrup for vegan-friendly)
  • 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 1 ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. water
  • subheading: For the chocolate drizzle:
  • 4 Tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
