Ingredients
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons brandy
Steps
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, gradually add finely grated lemon rind and brandy.
  2. Serve chilled.
  3. This keeps for a few weeks in the fridge.
