  • 0.50 cup potatoes, peeled and diced
  • ⅛ cup carrots, diced
  • ⅛ cup onions, diced
  • 0.50 cup broth from veggies
  • ¼ cup raw cashews (or ½ cup white beans)
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 0.50 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.50 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.50 pinch paprika
  • ¼ pinch cayenne pepper optional
