Miranda's Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quinoa flakes)
  • 2 whole banana(s) 2 x bananas can be replaced with 4 eggs or 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup 28GO Protein Probiotic Powder Vanilla Use a vegan protein to make this suitable for a vegan diet or swap with 80g of extra oats.
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (or gluten free baking powder)
  • 4 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
